DEA Extends Temporary Schedule I Status of 5F-EDMB-PINACA, 5F-MDMB-PICA, FUB-AKB48, 5F-CUMYL-PINACA, and FUB-144

The Acting Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration is extending the temporary Schedule I status of five synthetic substances, including 5F-EDMB-PINACA, 5F-MDMB-PICA, FUB-AKB48, 5F-CUMYL-PINACA, and FUB-144, for an additional year or until a permanent scheduling action is completed, whichever occurs first, due to set to expire on April 16, 2021.
