ATF Requests Extension of Information Collection for Police Check Inquiry without Change

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking an extension of its currently approved information collection, ATF F 8620.42, without any changes, and requests public comments on the proposed extension.
