DEA Finalizes Rule to Designate 3,4-MDP-2-P Methyl Glycidate, 3,4-MDP-2-P Methyl Glycidic Acid, and Alpha-Phenylacetoacetamide as List I Chemicals

The Drug Enforcement Administration is finalizing a rule to designate three chemicals, PMK glycidate, PMK glycidic acid, and alpha-phenylacetoacetamide, as list I chemicals under the Controlled Substances Act, which will subject manufacturers, distributors, and exporters to stricter chemical regulations.
