ATF to Revise Explosives Employee Possessor Questionnaire for Public Comment

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking public comment on a revised version of its Explosives Employee Possessor Questionnaire, ATF Form 5400.28, which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
