FDA Adopts Oliceridine into Schedule II of Controlled Substances Act

The Drug Enforcement Administration has finalized a rule placing oliceridine, a pain medication, in Schedule II of the Controlled Substances Act, following a correction to its chemical name and a request for public comment published in 2020.
