DEA Establishes Specific Listing for 4F-MDMB-BINACA, a Controlled Schedule I Substance

The Drug Enforcement Administration is adding 4F-MDMB-BINACA, also known as 4F-MDMB-BUTINACA, to the list of controlled substances in Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act, effective immediately.
