DEA Places Para-Methoxymethamphetamine (PMMA) in Schedule I to Meet International Obligations

The Drug Enforcement Administration has issued a final rule placing 1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-N-methylpropan-2-amine, also known as para-methoxymethamphetamine (PMMA), in Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act, effective immediately, to comply with the 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances.
