Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Requests Review and Approval of Information Collection for Records of Acquisition and Disposition, Registered Importers of Arms, Ammunition and Defense Articles on the U.S. Munitions Import List

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), part of the Department of Justice (DOJ), is seeking review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a proposed information collection related to records of acquisition and disposition, as well as registered importers of arms, ammunition, and defense articles on the U.S. Munitions Import List, with public comments invited.
