Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Requests Review of Information Collection for Firearms Disabilities of Nonimmigrant Aliens

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking OMB approval for a revised information collection, Firearms Disabilities for Nonimmigrant Aliens (OMB 1140-0060), due to increased respondent burden since its last renewal in 2018, and is requesting public comments on the proposed collection.
