DEA Schedules 4,4'-DMAR as Schedule I Controlled Substance

The Drug Enforcement Administration has added 4,4'-dimethylaminorex, also known as 4,4'-DMAR, to Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act, imposing strict regulatory controls and penalties on those who handle the substance, in order to meet US obligations under the 1971 Psychotropic Substances Convention.
