ATF Requests OMB Review of Revised FFL Out of Business Records Request

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking OMB approval to revise its FFL Out of Business Records Request form, which will include updated contact information and minor changes to improve form clarity, following a 2018 renewal.
