Executive Office for Immigration Review to Submit Information Collection Request for Review and Approval

The Executive Office for Immigration Review, part of the Department of Justice, is seeking OMB approval for a new information collection request, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, to gather data on document assistance before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Immigration Court.
