DEA Proposes Adjustments to 2021 Quotas for Schedule I and II Controlled Substances

The Drug Enforcement Administration is proposing changes to the 2021 production quotas for certain controlled substances listed in Schedule I and II of the Controlled Substances Act, as well as an assessment of the annual needs for ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, and phenylpropanolamine, all of which are listed as List I chemicals.
