U.S. Government Responds to Comments on Hospital Antitrust Case

The U.S. Department of Justice has released its response to public comments on the antitrust lawsuit against Evangelical Community Hospital, a Pennsylvania-based hospital system, as part of the ongoing United States v. Evangelical Community Hospital case.
