US Parole Commission Expands Use of Residential Reentry Center Disciplinary Committee Findings

The US Parole Commission is revising its regulations to allow Residential Reentry Center disciplinary committee findings to be used as conclusive evidence of prisoner misconduct while in a Residential Reentry Center, a change aimed at improving the parole process.
