NIJ Establishes Special Technical Committee for Color Test Reagents and Kits

The National Institute of Justice (NIJ) is establishing a Special Technical Committee (STC) to update the minimum performance standard for color test reagents and kits used for preliminary identification of drugs of abuse. The committee will be comprised of members from the Organization of Scientific Area Committees (OSAC) Seized Drug Subcommittee.
