Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to Submit Information Collection Request to Office of Management and Budget for Review and Approval

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), Department of Justice (DOJ), is requesting review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a revision of an existing information collection, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, to update firearms disabilities for nonimmigrant aliens.
