FSA Time Credits: Bureau Reopens Comment Period for D.C. Code Offenders

The Bureau of Prisons is reopening the comment period for its proposed rule on FSA Time Credits for an additional 30 days to gather public comment on its applicability to D.C. Code offenders, following the closure of the initial 30-day comment period on January 25, 2021.
