ATF Requests OMB Approval for eCollection of eComments on FFL Out of Business Records

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking OMB approval to collect electronic comments on a revised form, ATF Form 5300.3A, which will be used to request records from Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs) that are out of business.
