Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed eCollection, eComments Requested; Reinstatement of a Discontinued Collection: Recordkeeping for Electronic Prescriptions for Controlled Substances

The Department of Justice (DOJ), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), is requesting review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a proposed information collection related to recordkeeping for electronic prescriptions of controlled substances, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
