US Department of Justice Finalizes Privacy Act Exemption Regulations for Security Monitoring and Analytics Service Records

The US Department of Justice is finalizing its Privacy Act exemption regulations for the Security Monitoring and Analytics Service Records system, which will exempt the records from certain provisions of the Privacy Act to prevent unauthorized access and disruption of information systems and networks.
