Bureau of Land Management Extends Public Comment Period for Oil and Gas Leasing Regulations

The Bureau of Land Management is extending the public comment period for its proposed rulemaking on royalty rates, rental payments, and other oil and gas leasing regulations by 14 days, following requests for additional time to provide comment, in response to its April 21, 2015, advanced notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPR)
