BSEE Extends Public Comment Period for Proposed Rule on Outer Continental Shelf Blowout Preventer Systems and Well Control

The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) is extending the public comment period for a proposed rule on blowout preventer systems and well control on the Outer Continental Shelf until July 16, 2015, following requests from stakeholders to delay the original June 16, 2015, deadline.
