OSMRE Requests Renewed Approval for Information Collection for Small Operator Assistance Program

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement is seeking renewed approval for its Permanent Regulatory Program--Small Operator Assistance Program, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and is soliciting public comments on the proposed information collection.
