OSMRE Submits Information Collection Request for Areas Designated by Act of Congress for OMB Review and Approval

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection request related to Areas Designated by Act of Congress, which was previously approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) with control number 1029-0111, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
