US Fish and Wildlife Service Requests Public Comment on Habitat Conservation Plans for Endangered Species in Florida
The US Fish and Wildlife Service has received permit applications from three companies for incidental take permits under the Endangered Species Act, and is seeking public comment on the plans and preliminary determination that they qualify as low-effect under the National Environmental Policy Act.
