US Fish and Wildlife Service and National Marine Fisheries Service Propose Changes to Green Sea Turtle Listings Under the Endangered Species Act

The US Fish and Wildlife Service and National Marine Fisheries Service proposed revising the Endangered Species Act listing for the green sea turtle, removing a range-wide listing and replacing it with eight threatened and three endangered population segments, and extended the public comment period to July 27, 2015, following additional public hearings in Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa.
