HEARTH Act Approval of Wichita and Affiliated Tribes Regulations

The Bureau of Indian Affairs has approved the Wichita and Affiliated Tribes' leasing regulations under the HEARTH Act, allowing the Tribe to enter into business leases without prior BIA approval, effective April 8, 2014.
