OSMRE Announces Record of Decision for Four Corners Power Plant and Navajo Mine Energy Project

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) is making the Record of Decision (ROD) for the Four Corners Power Plant (FCPP) and Navajo Mine Energy Project available for public review, following a signing by the Deputy Secretary for the Department of the Interior, Director of OSMRE, Director of the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), and the Director of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) on July 15, 2015.
