OSMRE Requests Approval to Continue Information Collection for Surface Coal Mining Designations

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to continue collecting information for designating Federal lands as unsuitable for certain types of surface coal mining operations, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
