Heard Museum to Repatriate Sacred Cultural Item to Navajo Nation

The Heard Museum, in collaboration with the Navajo Nation, has determined that a cultural item listed in the notice is a sacred object and part of Native cultural heritage. If no additional claimants come forward, the Navajo Nation may take control of the item.
