Notice of Availability of Draft Joint Environmental Impact Report and Environmental Impact Statement for West of Devers Upgrade Project

The Bureau of Land Management has announced the opening of a comment period for a Draft Environmental Impact Statement and Environmental Impact Report for the West of Devers Upgrade Project, a project that will upgrade infrastructure in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, California, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the California Environmental Quality Act.
