Seminole Tribe of Florida Leasing Regulations Approved Under HEARTH Act
The Bureau of Indian Affairs has approved the Seminole Tribe of Florida's leasing regulations under the HEARTH Act, allowing the Tribe to enter into business and residential leases without prior BIA approval, starting January 8, 2015.
