US Department of Education Proposes Rule to Update Grants for Tribally Controlled Colleges and Universities

The US Department of Education is proposing a rule to update the Tribally Controlled Colleges and Universities Assistance Act of 1978, which provides federal funding to institutions of higher education controlled by Native American tribes, and the Navajo Community College Assistance Act of 1978, which supports the Navajo Nation's Diné College.
