The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement is requesting public comment on a proposed renewal of paperwork requirements for Relief or Reduction in Royalty Rates, as part of its compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and has submitted the request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review.
