Migratory Bird Hunting Regulations on Certain Federal Indian Reservations and Ceded Lands for the 2015-16 Early Season
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has issued regulations for early-season migratory bird hunting on certain Federal Indian reservations and ceded lands, in response to requests from Tribes to recognize their authority to regulate hunting under established guidelines. The new rules allow for the establishment of season bag limits and harvest levels compatible with bird populations and habitat conditions.
