Migratory Bird Hunting Rule Prescribes Seasons and Bag Limits for Certain Birds in US Territories

The US Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a rule outlining the hunting seasons, hours, and daily bag limits for migratory game birds in the contiguous US, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, including some extended falconry seasons and a youth waterfowl day.
