Notice of Intent to Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Proposed Little River Band of Ottawa Indians Fruitport Casino Project

The Bureau of Indian Affairs is preparing an Environmental Impact Statement for a proposed casino project in Michigan, which will involve a 60-acre fee-to-trust transfer for the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians. The public is invited to comment on the project.
