Oregon Department of Transportation Seeks Permit for Road Maintenance Activities Impacting Endangered Butterflies

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from the Oregon Department of Transportation for a 25-year permit to minimize the impact of road maintenance activities on endangered Fender's blue butterfly and threatened Oregon silverspot butterfly.
