Notice of Intent to Amend Resource Management Plan and Prepare Environmental Assessment for Eagle Crest Pumped Storage Project

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) California Desert District is preparing to amend its Resource Management Plan for the California Desert Conservation Area and conduct an Environmental Assessment for the Eagle Crest Pumped Storage Project, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976.
