BSEE to Require Decommissioning Cost Reports for Oil and Gas Operations on the Outer Continental Shelf

The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) will require lessees and owners of operating rights to submit summaries of actual decommissioning expenditures for oil and gas and sulphur operations on the Outer Continental Shelf, starting after completion of certain decommissioning activities.
