OSMRE Requests Comments on Proposed Information Collection for Contractor Eligibility

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) is seeking public comments on a proposed information collection request for contractor eligibility and the Abandoned Mine Land Contractor Information Form, which was previously approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) with control number 1029-0119.
