OSMRE Announces Proposal to Continue Information Collection for Permanent Program Inspection and Enforcement Procedures

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) is seeking approval to continue collecting information for its Permanent Program Inspection and Enforcement Procedures, a process previously approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) under control number 1029-0051, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
