Agency Invites Comments on Royalty and Production Reporting Information Collection Request

The Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research (ONRR) is seeking public comments on a proposed information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, to comply with regulatory requirements related to royalty and production reporting, as outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations (30 CFR, parts 1210 and 1212).
