U.S. Withdraws 2003 Rule for Blue-Fronted Amazon Parrots from Argentina

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has withdrawn a 2003 proposed rule to approve a sustainable-use management plan for blue-fronted amazon parrots from Argentina, following Argentina's withdrawal of its application under the Wild Bird Conservation Act of 1992.
