Monsanto Seeks Nonregulated Status for Dicamba-Resistant Maize, EPA Makes Preliminary Findings Available for Public Review

The US Department of Agriculture's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has prepared preliminary findings on a request from Monsanto Co. for a nonregulated status determination for genetically engineered maize resistant to dicamba and glufosinate herbicides, and made these documents available for public review and comment.
