National Advisory Committee on Meat and Poultry Inspection to Host Public Meeting on Listeria Control

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is hosting a public meeting on March 29-30, 2016, to gather input on steps to improve Listeria monocytogenes control at retail stores, including potential mandatory label features for processed not ready to eat products.
