FSIS Proposes Changes to Meat Inspection Regulations

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is proposing to eliminate regulations requiring the destruction of trichinae in pork and pork products, and consolidate regulations for thermally processed, commercially sterile meat and poultry products.
