USDA Extends Comment Period on SNAP Retail Food Store Rule

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has extended the comment period for a proposed rule clarifying the eligibility of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) retail food stores, which was initially set to close on March 21, 2016, and responds to questions from commenters about the rule, originally published on February 17, 2016.
