Agricultural Marketing Service Rescinds Specialty Crop Block Grant Program Regulation

The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is removing the Specialty Crop Block Grant Program regulation, which implemented the program from 2006 to 2008, from the Code of Federal Regulations due to its obsolescence.
